SHIPPING PRICE


LAST CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATE IS DECEMBER 20TH. ORDERS PLACED FROM DECEMBER 20TH WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER DECEMBER 29TH.


HOW TO PAY

We accept the following payment cards: Visa , Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard . You can also pay with PayPal.


Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with third parties.
Orders are subject to with a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Then the following delivery times apply. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times with signature are estimated and are not always guaranteed.

FRANCE
Standard delivery with signature (3 to 6 working days): €4.99.
EU
Tracked delivery (3 to 7 days): €7.99.

USA
Tracked delivery (5-16 days): €7.99

Rest of the world
Tracked shipping (5-21 days): €19.99.


We do not send express parcels to post office boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas that cannot be served by express couriers.



ORDER TRACKING


standard orders are subject to a 1-2 day processing time (unless you have chosen a designated delivery service). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order here.
Please add info@ladyjewellerie.com to ensure the tracking email does not go to your spam folder. Also be sure to include your correct email address when placing your order, otherwise you will not receive the confirmation and tracking email. If it has been more than 4 working days (to be taken into account during peak periods) since you placed your order, check your spam folder or contact us here with the full name of your order so that we can help.

LOCATION OF YOUR PACKAGE


Packages are classified as "lost" if more than 15 working days have passed since the estimated time of arrival of the package. Please email us at info@ladyjewellerie.com and we will do our best to provide you with information regarding your order. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are unclaimed or for which incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or unclaimed, shipping and handling will be charged for re-shipment to the recipient.
Please note that a refund for missing package excludes shipping charges.
All packages are packed as securely as possible, however it is possible for items to be damaged due to the way they are handled in transit. We take it very seriously that your ladies' jewelery reaches us in less than perfect condition. So please email info@ladyjewellerie.com if you have any doubts.
