HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND/EXCHANGE


Return and exchange policy for items purchased


During the period of Christmas, our returns and exchanges will be extended an additional 10 days after December 25, 2020.

Please note that items must have their original size tags and packaging to qualify.
If you would like a refund/exchange, please contact us through our contact page or reply to your order shipping email with your order number, full name and reason for return/exchange . You can also email us at info@ladyjewellerie.com. Please read our return and exchange policy below and note that requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed minus shipping charges paid.


REFUNDS


If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please note that the refund will be processed without the €2.99 processing fee (which represents the shipping, packaging and insurance costs associated with sending your item*). For example, if you paid €20 for your purchase, you will receive a refund of €18.01.
International customers and customers who paid shipping charges will be refunded the full amount excluding the shipping charges they paid. Please note that additional insurance for orders over €250 will be excluded from the refund.

EXCHANGES


If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us send an e-mail indicating the desired article and size. The shipping costs of the new exchanged item must be paid by the customer who will receive a PayPal invoice asking them for the amount (Information for customers from France: €3.49 charge, or €8.99 for designated delivery. International customers : Same as delivery price paid on order).


Please note that returning an item for a refund or exchange is the customer's responsibility.
